1. All-Island CPC Meeting; January 9: Jane and Andy update the Committee on the discussions during this meeting.
- Philippe Jordi, Island Housing Trust request for $65,000 CPA funds: The IHT did not receive the FHLB grant for the acquisition of the six apartments in Vineyard Haven. Consequently, their request for $65,000 of CPA Affordable Housing funds will not be withdrawn.
- Review Draft 2013 Annual Report.
- Review Draft ATM Warrant Articles.
