- Public Hearing on Housing Committee request to replenish the Affordable Rental Conversion fund with $75,000 of CPA Housing Reserve funds. This is proposed for the August 6, 2012 Special Town Meeting @ 8:00 PM.
Draft Warrant Article: To see if the Town will vote to approve the following request of the Community Preservation Committee: To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from the Affordable Housing Reserve Fund the sum of $75,000.00 to continue funding of the Chilmark Housing Year-Round Rental Conversion Program, managed by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority.
Explanation: The current appropriation is projected to be depleted in the fall of 2012. This program is exclusive to Chilmark tenants and is administered by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority.
