MEETING AGENDA

- Review town counsel comments and final warrant article language. Discuss who will field any questions at town meeting.
- Review list of Chilmark artifacts from the MV Museum. This responds to counsel’s comments on the warrant article asking for CPA funds from all six towns to catalog and restore island-wide historic artifacts.
- Review generic, mass mailing to all island Community Preservation Committees from Donald Muckerheide. He is proposing that all six island Towns use CPA funds to purchase the Bradley Square property in Oak Bluffs from the Island Affordable Housing Fund (near default); invest in and build 24 two-bedroom apartments for management by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority. There is no deadline for a response.
The concept is the same as Chilmark’s Middle Line Road rental units – Town owned assets and managed by DCRHA.
- Discuss and approve (if acceptable) Community Preservation Coalition annual membership dues $750. No increase.
- Review 12/15/10 meeting minutes.
