- Public Hearing to discuss the CPA funding recommendations for the April 2011 Annual Town Meeting:
- $9,240 Historic Preservation Reserve Funds for MV Museum historic records and artifact preservation and cataloguing.
- $150,000 to partially fund the renovation of the historic Tea Lane Farmhouse -- $20,000 Historic Preservation Reserve Funds; $70,000 Community Preservation Budgeted Reserve Funds; $60,000 Community Preservation Undesignated Reserve Funds.
- $20,000 Historic Preservation Reserve Funds for renovating Chilmark’s historic stone walls along public ways – with Historical Commission oversight of the program and funds.
- $20,000 Affordable Housing Reserve Funds for Chilmark’s rental conversion program that is managed by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority.
- Review and approve FY 2012 CPC Budget.
- Review 11/17/10 meeting minutes.
