1. Tea Lane Farm update – Warren or Tim.
- Review Beacon Home Inspection survey report.
- Discuss use of CPA Historic Resources funds and the Historical Commission’s requirements.
- Committee to review cost estimate, funding proposal and vote on the use of CPA funds at the August 18 meeting.
- If voted on August 18, hold public hearing on the fund use after Labor Day for a tentative late October Special Town meeting.
2. Stone Wall Phase II mailing update—brush pruning letters sent to abutters on June 23.
3. Review 6/16/10 meeting minutes.
