Voted to approve the minutes from July 27th, 2010.

The Superintendent gave a summary report.
Discussion about the decision from the Division of Fisheries & Wildlife. Discussion of type of boardwalk to be used. Proposing a warrant article to complete clean-up & purchase beach grass.
Update on dogs at Squibnocket beach, there are still verbal complaints, no written complaints from the beach patrons. Small flyers will be passed out and waste bags will be provided.
A letter was received from the land owners that abut Squibnocket beach. They are requesting the sign be put back up stating the “end of town beach” People are going past town beach, staying and climbing cliffs on private property.
The bacteria count was tested again and the results were within the acceptable range for swimming.
Superintendent drafted a new job description for the Personnel Board’s review & approval, this position is for cleaning up after season is over without paying Lifeguard rates.
