Meeting called to order at 11:05 am.

Committee voted to approve FY2011 budget to submit to Executive Secretary.

An oral warning was issued to the Superintendant with written notice of said warning to follow which will be submitted to the Personnel Board with appropriate documentation.~
Meeting adjourned at 12:15pm

Our next meeting is scheduled for Jan. 12th at 5pm.
