Present: Clarissa Allen, Pam Bunker, Kristin Maloney, Martina Mastromonaco
1. Meeting called to order 7:50 am
2. Voted to approve minutes from June 5, 2008.
3. Discussion took place about the revisions from Superintendent. Concerned about streamlined job descriptions. Board member assured Superintendent streamlining does not diminish the importance of the position.
4. Motion made and seconded to approve Superintendent and Asst. Superintendent’s job description pending Personnel Board’s approval. Voted unanimously to approve both job descriptions.
5. Voted to adjourn meeting 8:00 am
