        Minutes:



  • The motion was made and seconded and passed unanimously to approve the minutes from April 20, 2011.
  • The Board voted to approve one motor vehicle abatement applications.
  • The Board certified three abutter lists for assessor parcels 011-056-00, 271-217-00 & 021-013-00.
  • The Board voted to approve one vessel excise abatement application.
  • The Board signed the monthly abatement listings.
  • The Board signed two motor vehicle commitment warrants 2010-8th & 2011-2nd .
  • The Board signed departmental bills.
  • Assistant Assessor briefed the Board on the State’s Data Quality study conducted on April 27th, 2011.
  • The motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed unanimously.  Meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
