Minutes:
- The Board voted to approve the minutes from December 1, 2010.
- The Board reviewed & voted to approve the fiscal year 2012 departmental budget.
- The Board certified 3 abutter lists
- The Board signed two departmental bills.
- The motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 11:45 pm.
