Minutes:
1. The Board voted to approve the minutes from April 14, 2010.
2. The Board voted to approve one vessel excise abatement application.
3. The Board voted to approve two Motor Vehicle excise abatement applications.
4. The motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 11:45 pm.
