Chichester Road Advisory Committee
DRAFT Minutes of January 8, 2018
Attending: Allen Mayville Jr., Guy Goodwin, Doug Hall, Brian Eldredge
Absent: , Tom Jameson, Jim Plunkett
Chair Allen Mayville opened the meeting at 6:33 pm.
Committee members reviewed the minutes of the October 2, 2017, and November 20, 2017 meetings. A motion was made, seconded, and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of those two meetings.
Because of a lack of a quorum, no meeting had been held in December.
There was a brief discussion of the road segments that will be on the short list of reconstruction projects for 2019. After the winter has ended the committee will evaluate the condition of those segments as well as other possible projects.
There was brief discussion regarding:
the Highway budget proposal for 2018
how CIP will handle the vehicle request for Highway
the issue of paving/maintaining any part of Garvin Hill Road
No decisions were made and no votes taken.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2018 at 6:30 at the Highway office.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm.
