Chichester Road Advisory Committee
DRAFT Minutes of July 10, 2017
Attending:, Jim Plunkett, Doug Hall, Brian Eldredge, Tom Jameson
Absent: Allen Mayville Jr., Guy Goodwin
In the absence of Chair Allen Mayville, Doug Hall opened the meeting at 7:00pm.
Members reviewed the minutes of the June 12 meeting. A motion was then made, seconded and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of June 12.
Jim reported that a date had not yet been established when the reconstruction work will begin on this years projects, Pleasant Street and Bear Hill Road.
Doug distributed the table of contents of the 2016 RAC report. Committee members then discussed what parts of the annual report should continue to be part of the 2017 report and what parts could be removed or shortened. Some sections were recommended to be deleted as they have been part of the report each year. Jim reported on his conversations regarding what parts of the report townspeople tend to read.
Doug agreed to create an early mock-up of the 2017 report in time for the next meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 14, at 6:30pm at the Town Highway Office.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:16pm.
