Meeting Minutes
March 4th, 2013
Present: Terry McCormack, Chairman, Doug Hall, Tom Jameson, Jim Plunkett John Amsden, Richard DeBold, Allen Mayville, Jr., Stan Brehm, Richard Millette
Members Absent: Dave Dobson
Terry McCormack opened the meeting at 6:33 PM.
Motion made by Amsden, seconded by DeBold to approve draft minutes from Feb. 18.
Motion carried.
The Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission has asked the Highway Department for a list of roads that the Highway Department would like have traffic counts on. A list of roads was derived during a discussion.
The committee reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that will be delivered at Town meeting.
The committee reviewed some discussion points and a motion to be made at Town meeting concerning an increase to a Highway Department line item.
Next meetings (all at the Highway Department, all at 6:30 P.M.) were scheduled:
Monday March 25th
Monday April 15th
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and voted in the affirmative.
