Draft Meeting Minutes
August 1, 2012
At the Town Hall
Present: Doug Hall (Chairman), Jim Plunkett (Road Agent), John Amsden, Tom Jameson, Terry McCormack Allen Mayville, Dave Dobson, Jeff Jordan (Selectman), Richard Millette
Guests: Richard Moore CIP committee
Chairman Hall went over the write up for the draft RAC report. Mr. Hall added a few sentences to the body of the text. He also added bullet #5 to the report. The committee discussed these minor revisions and they were accepted as written. The committee then discussed how the report should be presented to the CIP. It was decided that one person should make the presentation and Chairman Hall volunteered to present the report.
The committee discussed the need to schedule the next few meetings. It was decided the next meetings will be as follows:
Next meeting dates (all at 6:30 P.M.):
Monday August 20 - at the Town Highway Garage
Monday September 17 - at the Town Highway Garage
Motion to adjourn by Mr Amsden and, seconded by Mr. Mayville. Motion carried at 6:53 P.M.
