Meeting Minutes
November 2nd, 2011
At the Town Highway Garage

Richard DeBold(Selectman)

Chairman Hall opened the meeting at 6:35 PM.
The October 17th draft meeting minutes were approved.
The traffic counts supplied by Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission were reviewed. It was noted that the figures are still missing the “speed and vehicle type”. It was also noted that no additional counts will be done until spring.
There was considerable discussion of the first draft of the 2011 Report of the Road Advisory Committee. Much progress was made. Additional discussion and editing will be undertaken in subsequent meetings.
The topic of presenting the draft document to the public was discussed. It was the committee’s feeling that a date should be set when a more complete draft is available. As such a date will for the presentation will be set at a future meeting.
Motion to adjourn by Dave Dobson, Seconded by John Amsden.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
