Present: Philip Hitchcock (Chairman) Jim Plunkett (Road Agent), Richard DeBold (Selectman Ex Officio), Terry McCormack, Tom Jameson, Allen Mayville
Philip opened the meeting at 6:32 PM
Richard stated he would send the draft minutes of the RAC meeting from December 8, 2014 to Philip for approval at the next scheduled RAC meeting on February 9, 2015.
Richard asked Jim if he had 2014 Draft corrections and Jim stated that he only needed the Map from Tom and a section that he was working on with Doug Hall for completion and would send Richard a copy in word format to look over for corrections and to edit.
Jim mentioned that quite a few contractors are going to bid and were due January 20, 2015.
Tom asked Jim if he would e-mail bids to Committee.
Time was spent discussing the RAC’s 2014 Draft Annual Report.
Next meeting was scheduled for Feb. 9, 2015
A Motion to adjourn was made by Allen Mayville and Seconded by Tom Jameson. All were in favor, motion passed and meeting adjourned at 7:14
