Minutes of Meeting
June 2, 2011
Members Present: Chairman Kevin Mara, Ex-Officio Jeffrey Jordan, Allen Mayville, Thomas Houle, and Alan Williams.
Chairman Mara opened the meeting at 6:30pm.
Pursuant to RSA 673:11, Chairman Mara appointed Mr. Houle and Mr. Williams as voting members for the purposes of this meeting in the absence of Richard Arell and Richard Moore.
The minutes of June 2, 2011 were reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Mayville and seconded by Mr. Houle to approve the minutes as prepared. Motion passes.
Due to the lack of membership available at this meeting, the By-law review was postponed until the next meeting.
Being no further discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Mayville and seconded by Mr. Williams to adjourn the meeting at 6:38pm. Motion passes.
The next scheduled meeting of the Planning Board is Thursday, July 7, 2011.
