JANUARY 11, 2007
WORKING MEETING
PRESENT: Chairman Brad Towle, Fred Ruoff, Richard DeBold, Tom Jameson, David Kenneally, Mike Paveglio, Chris Weir and Secretary Andrea Deachman
The members present worked on zoning definition changes and additions only.
Wording were changed within the Accessory Uses & Buildings, Apartment, Single Family Dwelling, Two Family and Right –of – Way.
The following was new definitions: Dwelling Unit, Multi-family, Perimeter Buffer Strips, Pavement, Campground and Campsites.
All of the definitions will be made available at the town hall and library for public review as will be stated in the paper for public notice.
Public Hearing for these items will be held February 1, 2007 at the normal Planning Board meeting.
Motion was made to adjourn.
