MINUTES OF MEETING
AUGUST 1, 2002

PRESENT: Chairman Tracy Scott, Joanna McIntosh, Dave Colbert, Stan Brehm, Arnold Price, Skip Lawrence, Secretary Andrea Deachman

Chairman Scott introduced the Board and asked the members of the Board to review the minutes of July 11, 2002.  

The following correction was made to the July 11, 2002 minutes: under the corrections for June 6, 2002, Page 1, under public hearing Amerada Hess, reads:  change to: Slight variations had been made to add and island which will be placed at…change to read: Slight variations had been made to add an island which will be placed at…

Motion was made to accept the minutes with the one change.

DESIGN REVIEW:                  David Marsh
                                        Subdivision
                                        Map 4, Lot 58F, Lane Road
Abutters Present:
Ted Bailey, Diane Mobbs, Martha Murray, Mr. Brochu, Lisa Raymond, Gary & Jane Stock.

Mr. Marsh presented the plans to the Board. The Board reviewed the report from the town engineer. Jeff Jordan, road agent, felt a second culvert was not necessary.

The Board would like the town engineer review the site in question again.

There is a right-of-way issue that Mr. Marsh and Mr. & Mrs. Stock need to resolve between themselves.

                                        Map 4, Lot 58F, Lane Road
Abutters Present:
Ted Bailey, Diane Mobbs, Martha Murray, Mr. Brochu, Lisa Raymond, Gary & Jane Stock.

Mr. Marsh presented final plans.  Abutters reviewed the plans.

Name of Range Road needs to be changed to Short Falls Road on the plan.

Motion was made to accept the subdivision with the changes and the second review by the town engineer.

                                        Map 7, Lot 5, Hilliard Road

Mr. Weir would like to divide lot 5 into two lots.  He is aware that he will need to upgrade and pave the new area of road and cul-de-sac.

                                        Map 4, Lot 32, Dover Road
Unable to attend.

DISCUSSION:                     Craig Shibles
                                        Site Review
                                        Map 9, Lot 134A, Suncook Valley Road

Mr. Shibles received a building permit in the commercial zone before the project went to public hearing as stated in the building regulations.

Mr. Shibles will go through a site review. Mr. Shibles to call the secretary when he is ready to continue.

                                        Auto Sales and Residence
                                        Map 2, Lot 87, Dover Road

Mr. Conlin received a building permit in the commercial zone before the project went to public hearing as stated in the building regulations.

Mr. Conlin will go through a site review. Public Hearing set for September 5, 2002
