MINUTES OF MEETING
FEBRUARY 7, 2002

PRESENT: Chairman Tracy Scott, Joanna McIntosh, Ted Bailey, Ray Towle, Skip Lawrence, Richard DeBold, Ron Lesieur, Arnold Price

Chairman Scott introduced the Board and asked the members of the Board to review the minutes of January 3, 2002.

Motion was made to accept the minutes as written.

DESIGN REVIEW:                          Earl & Marilyn Weir and
                                                Francis & Evelyn Pike
                                                Lot Line Adjustment
                                                Map 7, Lots 5 & 8, Perry Road

Abutters Present:  Joan Hallquist, Velma Pike

Final Plans were submitted to the Board for review.

Design Review closed.

PUBLIC HEARING:                         Earl & Marilyn Weir and
                                                Francis & Evelyn Pike
                                                Lot Line Adjustment
                                                Map 7, Lots 5 & 8, Perry Road

Abutters Present:  Joan Hallquist and Velma Pike

Final Plan was presented to the Board. There were no issues for this Lot Line Adjustment.

Motion was made to accept the lot line adjustment.

                                                Teacher Education & Certification
                                                Map 8, Lot 4, Depot Street

Webb Stout presented plans for this site review to the Board.

The Board was concerned about the parking. The Planning Board cannot give permission for someone to use town property to satisfy parking needs for their business. The applicants were referred to the Selectmen for an easement. Need sign off from Chichester Fire Department and copy of letter from UNH saying facility is all right.  Handicapped accessibility was discussed also.

DISCUSSION:                             Gary DePalma/Gary’s RV
                                                Site Review – New Facility
                                                Map 3, Lot 10, Dover Road

Mr. DePalma Presented the Board with plans for his new facility. The building will be a two-story building for offices, sales, store and garages.

Design Review and Public Hearing set for March 7, 2002
