MINUTES OF MEETING
APRIL 6, 2000
PRESENT: Chairman Tracy Scott, Jeff Jordan, Joanna McIntosh, Pauline Cote, Frank Merrill, Harold Arey, Richard DeBold, Stan Brehm, Andrea Deachman
Chairman Scott introduced the Board and explained how the evening’s agenda would proceed and asked the members of the Board to review the minutes of March 2, 2000.

PUBLIC HEARING: Northern Home Sales
Continued from 2/3/00 Site Review – Manufactured Housing
Map 4, Lot 165, Dover Road
Abutter Elwin Flanders was present.
Peter Holden presented the Board with final plans. Minutes from February 3, 2000 meeting were reviewed and concerns were discussed. Notes # 1, 3, & 5 will be fixed and the title block changed.
Peter Holden stated that they are still waiting for site specific and driveway permits, both are on the way.
Possible number of display models on the lot at one time will be 13 14X60 foot and 12 24X50 foot.
Motion was made to accept the plans with the changes.

Map 7, Lot 30, Bear Hill & Durgin Roads
Called unable to attend.
DISCUSSION: Fred Fenton
Apartment in Barn
Map 8, Lot 4, Depot Road
Mr. Fenton would like to put in an apartment and move into the upstairs of his barn.
Discussion was this commercial use such as rentals, apartments to multi – use.

Mr. Fenton will determine what his actual lot size is. The old Depot Road runs right across his front lawn and he will see who owns it. Chairman Scott will discuss interpretation with the Board of Adjustment.

SUBDIVISION REVIEW
The Board will review and let the secretary know if there are any issues.
OTHER BUSINESS:
The Board would like to have Bill Rollins from SEA come to one of our meetings.
Harold apologized to the Board as to the way he addressed town meeting about Central NH Regional Planning Commission. Harold feels that CNHRPC is not a legal representative.
Harold would also like to voice his opinion on the zoning ballot, we had a lot of split votes on the ballot and sending out information packets is the way to go Harold feels that next time we should do a pros and cons to make the mailing better.
Mr. Adams had a few issues he discussed with the Board, Chairman Scott commented on the issues.
