MINUTES OF MEETING
MARCH 6, 1997
PRESENT: Chairman Paul Adams, Jeff Jordan, Jeff Andrews, Steve MacCleery, Harold Arey, Tracy Scott, Doug Hamel, Stan Brehm Secretary Andrea Deachman
Chairman Adams called the meeting to order to order at 7:04pm and asked the Board to review the Minutes of February 6, 1997.
Motion was made to accept the minutes with minor corrections.

PUBLIC HEARING: Bruce Luksza
Site Review-Office/Storage Building
for Hillcrest paving
Map 9, Lot 19, Swiggey Brook Rd.
Abutters present: See Attached list: Cavanaughs, Vermettes, Seymores, Lowes, Lawrences.
Joe Wichert, registered Land Surveyor, presented the Board with plans explaining the septic test pit has not been done at this point. Parking and fire lanes have been added.
There will be a small office in the building and a truck will be housed inside.
Motion was made to accept the Public Hearing with the following conditions: The test pit be done, a tree screen be placed on Mr. Lawrences side of the property equal in size to surrounding trees and the fact that only minor and emergency vehicle repairs will be done on site shall be written on the mylar.

PUBLIC HEARING: Carl Mahlstedt, Goosebay Lumber
Site Review - New Building
Map4, Lot 157, Dover Rd.
Mr. Mahlstedt presented the Board with the plans of the new building site. The Building will be pole and post and beam.
Motion was made to accept the plan with the condition that a fire lane will be shown on the final plat.

PUBLIC HEARING: Town of Chichester
Master Plan
Motion was made to accept the master plan of 1997 as presented with minor corrections.

PRELIMINARY HEARING: DSM, Inc,, William Perry
Jim and Joseph Spain
Subdivision
Map1, Lot 27, Hutchinson Rd.
Steven Luger surveyor presented the Board with the site plan. The town engineer has not gone to look at the property but as soon as his results come in secretary Deachman will fax them to Mr. Perry. The Selectmen will be requested to provide a letter stating this is class 5 road.

PRELIMINARY HEARING: Eleanor Daroska
Subdivision
Map 3, Lot 121, Canterbury Rd
Mark Stevens Registered Land Surveyor presented the Board with the preliminary plans for the subdivision.
After discussion the Board requested the letter from the soil scientist.
Motion was made to accept the preliminary plans conditional on tax map dimensions and state subdivision approval.

DISCUSSION: Joseph Wehrle
Lot Line Adjustment
Map 1, Lot 7, Short Falls Rd.
Mr. Wehrle presented the Board with plans showing his present property and showed how he would like to expand a small portion to his house lot.
The Board advised him to speak with his surveyor to decide what he needs to do to split the land.
DISCUSSION: Mary Jane Ricker
Subdivision
Map9, Lot 113B, Kelley Corner Rd.
Mrs. Ricker Showed the Board drawings of how she would like to subdivide her property. After discussion the Board agreed Mrs. Ricker should go to the state and try to get hardship for the lot and get access to route 28.
