a. Call to Order
b. Review/Approval of Minutes – June 3, 2010
2. Application Submissions
a. Site Plan Review: Bethal Builders, LLC, Map 4 Lot 168, 136 Dover Road. The applicant, Signs4Jesus.com proposes a free standing electronic message board of 42.77 sq/ft, “to encourage the community and those passing through by displaying a daily proverb, word of wisdom, [or] bible scripture.” There is also proposed a 168 sq/ft control room used to operate the sign. The sign can also be controlled remotely. Should the application be accepted, planning review and a public hearing may immediately follow.
3. Preliminary Conceptual Discussions
a. Site Plan Review: K Towle Realty Trust, Map 4 Lot 166, 126 Dover Road. The applicant, RV Solutions, proposes an amendment to the approved use of a dairy bar, pro shop, and driving range to include RV rentals. An amendment to the subsequent conditions of approval is also sought to increase the number of RV that may be stored on the property. Should the Planning Board invoke jurisdictional review, the applicant shall submit an application for a future meeting.
b. Site Plan Review: State of NH - DOT, Map 3 Lots 53, 58, 60, & 61, Dover Road. The applicant, Glenn Richard, proposes the construction of a private garage. Should the Planning Board invoke jurisdictional review, the applicant shall submit an application for a future meeting.
c. Site Plan Review: Catamount Properties, LLC, Map 5 Lot 92, 257 Main Street. The applicant, the business known as the Chichester Country Store, proposes renovation and reconstruction of the garage. Should the Planning Board invoke jurisdictional review, the applicant shall submit an application for a future meeting.
