Lucille Noel stated that we have met with the representative from A.J. LeBlanc and with this additional heating and duct work it will also give us the access to possibly expand the heating into the garage if it warrants it later on.

A motion was made by Mr. DeBold and seconded by Mr. Jordan to award the bid for additional heating and duct work in the basement to A. J LeBlanc Heating in the amount of $3,873 to be paid out of the Library Building Capital Reserve Fund. Motion Passes.

Street Light at Library
Mr. DeBold reviewed the letter from Unitil that it would cost roughly $794 to bring power and wires to the pole in order to put a street light on that poll.
Mrs. Noel asked if we had budgeted for this light as we had brought this up during the budget cycle.

Mrs. Pinard stated that it had not been put into the budget as there was no amount for this light at the time of the budget.
Mr. DeBold stated that we would put in the budget for next year but if the library wanted to explore other avenues to finance the street light that is fine as well.
