Minutes of Meeting
February 14, 2012
Members present: Richard DeBold, Jeff Jordan
Others Present: Nancy Tanner (Town Administrator), Daryl Wyatt
Chairman DeBold opened the meeting at 7:00PM.
Daryl Wyatt wanted to address the Selectmen in a nonpublic session.
Pursuant to RSA 91-A:3 II (c) Mr. DeBold made a motion at 7:02 seconded by Mr. Jordan to enter in nonpublic session. Roll call vote was unanimous.
Pursuant to RSA 91-A Mr. DeBold made a motion seconded by Mr. Jordan to exit the nonpublic session at 7:22.
The minutes of the nonpublic session were sealed.
Other Business
Congressman Bass: The Office of Congressman Bass will be holding public office hours at the Chichester Town Hall on March 22 from 1pm – 2pm. Constituents with questions, comments, or those in need of assistance with a federal agency are welcome to attend.
Health and Safety Coordinator Program: Nancy has been accepted into the Local Government Center’s Health and Safety Coordinator program. This educational program is designed to assist coordinators in developing programs for employees.
Park and Recreation: The Carpenter Park renovation public hearing went well and was attended by about 20 residents.
A motion by Mr. DeBold and seconded by Mr. Jordan to adjourn the meeting at 7:36pm. Motion passes.
