SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
February 15, 2008
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Colbert, Selectman DeBold, Selectman MacCleery and Administrator Lisa Stevens.
Chairman Colbert opened the meeting at 12 noon.
SUBJECT: Personnel Matter
PRESENT: David Kenneally; Road Agent-Patrick Clarke; Police Chief-Gilbert Vien; Highway employee
Motion Chairman Colbert, second Selectman MacCleery, to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II (a), the dismissal, promotion or compensation of any public employee or the disciplining of such employee, or the investigation of any charges against him. Chairman Colbert called for the vote. MacCleery – yes; DeBold – yes; Colbert – yes. All were in favor. Motion carries.
Motion Selectman MacCleery, second Selectman DeBold to close the non-public session. All three were in favor. Motion carries.
Motion Selectman MacCleery, second Chairman Colbert, to seal the minutes of the non-public session for twenty-five years. All three were in favor. Motion carries.
Disciplinary action was determined and the outcome will be discussed with the individual(s) involved.
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:40pm, Selectman MacCleery, second Chairman Colbert. Motion carries.
