SELECTMEN’S MINUTES

PRESENT: Chairman Theodore Bailey, Selectman David Colbert, Selectman Richard DeBold, Heather Briggs and Judy Kenneally via telephone
OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of November 12, 2002 were approved as written, signed and will be posted to our web page.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chairman Bailey called the Board Meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Subject: Police Department Budget
HIGHLIGHTS:
Present: Patrick Clarke, Police Chief
The revised 2003 budget was reviewed and discussed.
Subject: Fire Department Budget
HIGHLIGHTS:
Present: John Pricket, Fire Chief
The revised 2003 budget was reviewed and discussed.
Subject: Board Discussion
HIGHLIGHTS:
The Board of Selectmen discussed the letter to Division V regarding the widening of Dover Road. Selectman Richard DeBold will draft a letter.
The Board of Selectmen discussed meeting with Judy Kenneally regarding the Selectmen’s Office personnel. The Board will meet this Friday at 2:30 at Judy’s home office.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned by Chairman Bailey at 10:30 PM.
