SELECTMENS MINUTES

PRESENT: David Colbert, Richard DeBold, Heather Briggs, and Judy Kenneally via telephone
OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of September 22, 2002 were approved as written, signed and will be posted to our web page.
NEW BUSINESS:
Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Selectman David Colbert.
Safety Meeting:
Members of the Board, Fire Department and the Police Department met briefly at the Safety Building to discuss the options of expanding the Police Department within the building.
The Members of the Board returned to the Grange Building at 7PM.
No Departmental Meetings were held this week.

HIGHLIGHTS:
PRESENT: Building Inspector David Paveglio and Health Officer Dr. Edward Meehan
Discussion regarding the health and safety concerns brought in writing to the Board and how to proceed.
The Board of Selectmen unanimously agreed to have any contact pertaining to this property be with the homeowner only.
The Building Inspector has confirmed a meeting with Mr. Fredette Thursday, October 31. A letter will be drafted and signed by the Board for Mr. Paveglio to give to Mr. Fredette.

HIGHLIGHTS:
The Board discussed 103 Hilliard Road and is waiting for Attorney Goldmans written response for the proper legal procedure due this property
The Board discussed the voting booths needing to be set up this Monday, November 04 and agreed to meet in the morning.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:45PM.
