SELECTMENS MINUTES
October 01, 2002
PRESENT: Theodore Bailey, David Colbert, Richard DeBold, Heather Briggs
OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of September 24, 2002 were approved as written, signed and will be posted to our web page.
NEW BUSINESS:
Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Ted Bailey.
Subject: Treasurer
HIGHLIGHTS:
Present: Phyllis Ricker
Mrs. Ricker went over the basic budget and answered questions.
She mentioned that some towns/cities use quarterly tax bills. The Board requested that Heather inquire of Mrs. Pikes thoughts on that.
Subject: Mr. Joe Yannizze
HIGHLIGHTS:
Mr. Yannizze would like the Board to send the Building Inspector, Health Officer, and the Fire Chief to 90 Suncook Valley Road to inspect the home for safety. He brought in a letter to the Board, his list of concerns, and a list of the people he has already contacted.
The Board discussed this and unanimously agreed to send a memo with the enclosures, from Mr. Yannizze to the Building Inspector, Health Officer, and the Fire Chief.

HIGHLIGHTS:
The Board discussed the Flanders property. The Board would like to place the property on the Towns insurance, and send a locksmith.
The Board would like to find the Warrant articles that they are agents of. Heather will look into that.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
