OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of April 16, 2002 were approved as written, signed and will be posted to our web page.
NEW BUSINESS:
Subject: Road Agent Assistant, A J May
HIGHLIGHTS:
The Highway Department is working on road clean up.
Subject: Police Chief, Patrick Clark
HIGHLIGHTS:
Chief Clarke was asked to make the Police Department’s presence more visible around the Park.
Chief Clarke discussed the addition of a part time Police Officer.
Subject: Planning Board, Tracey Scott
HIGHLIGHTS:
Tracey highlighted the CIP Meeting scheduled for April 24, 2002.
Tracey discussed Central Regional Planning who will help upgrade the “Multi-use trails and corridors” map free of charge. The Board will discuss it further with Mr. Tardiff.

David Holmes has agreed to replace Ray Towle as the Planning Board Alternate.
