OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of 10/09/01 were accepted as written, signed and posted to the web page.
NEW BUSINESS
SUBJECT: Road Agent assistant, A J May
HIGHLIGHTS:
Discussed Connemara Drive.
Discussed the new garage. It’s coming along fine. The leach field area is cleared.
Small plows are harder to find. A J is looking to replace some of our plows and the small ones are better to work with.
SUBJECT: Board Discussion
HIGHLIGHTS:
There are unregistered vehicles the Slatton property. Judy will send a letter.
The Board did not make a decision when to perambulate with Pembroke.
Judy explained budgeting and revenues.
The Board discussed Judy’s pay increase.
The Board discussed the Police Chief’s position.
Judy submitted the budget schedule to the Board. Copies will be distributed to the departments.
