We discussed our Master Plan. We will draft a letter to the Planning Board, to let them know we would like to be involved if they make any changes to our Master Plan.
Report by Lucille & Michelle about the Grange Hall plaster/stage area.
We were very disappointed. The walls and woodwork have been scribbled over and there is a lot of graffiti on the walls. The older writings about the plays are compromised by the graffiti.
Signage update

Steve Taylor has a talk about Poor Houses. We will try to get Steve Taylor for late spring. Lucille will call Steve to see when he is available.
We are also considering John Porter (Features of Agricultural Buildings).
We are in need of members for the Commission. We will put a blurb in the Suncook Sun for members.
Last month we discussed contacting the Methodist Church and the owners of the Warren Cobbler Shop. Lucille drafted letters to send to the owners. We would like to place the Church on the NH Historic Register. We would also like to see if the owners of the cobbler shop would like signage identifying the historic significance of the shop.
