We were the recipients of $1000.00 check from an anonymous person.
We decided to keep the same slate of officers. Lucille-chair, Dawn-treasurer, Michelle-secretary. Motions by Richard and Kate.
Webster Mills Update
Dawn spoke with Larry Berkson to see if he had more info. Dawn found an archeological assessment from the state. Lucille called DOT. They searched their records and didn't find anything. They sent it over to the archeological archives. They found an 11 page document on the area. We have to go to the archives and retrieve it.
Update of Methodist church meeting (NH Historic Register)
There really isn't any member of the church who has the time to commit to filling out the inventory.
We have found out that they are eligible for Moose Plate and L Chip grant money.
Barn survey in Warner
Lucille said it went really well. We shared what we did for our barn survey.
Lucille presented a thank you card from Deb Gagne for our retirement gift to her. Lucille went to her reception.
Lucille purchased a thank you gift for Bob McAnney. He had to resign from the Commission. Thank you Bob for your outstanding commitment to the Commission.
