Dawn, Carolee & Lucille will work on non-lapsing fund.
Barn Easement
Lucille spoke with Barbara about her barn easement. The easements have a term of ten years. The easement transfers with the property. Barbara is aware of this and she is okay with this.
She does need help with the paperwork. Kate and Michelle will help her out.
Master Plan Discussion
Michelle will email Mary Kate and see what she has to stay about our chapter. We would like to talk with the planning board about their take on our master plan.
Plan NH recommendations for the 2015 year. What do we want to do?
Bulb Planting
Maybe partner with the garden club? Plant in front of the school.
Tree Project
Bob will continue with the project. Bob also has trees at his house that are ready to plant in the spring. These are free and have to be planted in town. We will see if Canterbury Rd residents want trees first.
Grange Hall beautification program. We might be able to find a grant for this project. We will check into this for the Spring.
Wednesday January 21 Steve Taylor presentation. We will supply refreshments.
Seven to save will focus on farms this year.
