Treasurer’s Report
$142.00 left in budget. Dawn has purchased a 12 column ledger for non-lapsing.
$8.36 to Dawn for ledger. Motioned made by Jeff and Kate
Scenic Rd. Designation
Michelle and Kate went door to door to speak with Webster Mills residents. Some positive some negative.
All abutters need to be notified. A warrant article needs to be written for the designation. The designation protects stone walls and trees.
Designation does not infringe on property owner rights.
We have 11 signatures on the petition. We need 10 to have the petition approved.
Jane Welch agreed to write the warrant for the designation she will also write an explanation. The town will send out letters for the designation.
Budget meeting went well we received $600.00 this year.
Windows are all done and back in. They look beautiful.
Barn Easements
Test case. Barbara would like to try. We will help her fill out the forms. We will get Selectboard procedure on getting barn easements.
Maybe take a trip to Moultonborough to talk with Heritage Commission about easements
Kate will talk with Moultonborough to get more info.
Steve Taylor will be here to talk about “The Grange Rise, Triumphs, and Decline” on January 21 @ 7:00.

We will be making refreshments for this event.
Bob thanked Commission members for their help with the trees on Canterbury Rd.
