We had $350.00 donated to help with our Architectural Feature exhibit.
The exhibit went very well.  More attendees on Sunday (40 or so).
Lucille passed around the comment journal from the exhibit---MANY wonderful comments.

We received our second window grant.  Total of this grant is $7,250.
This will finish all the Grange/Town Hall windows, including the attic.

Bulb Planting
We would like to plant on Carpenter Park walking trails.
Zach Boyajian from the Conservation Commission said it was a great idea.  We will plant past the snowmobile trails.

See if we can have a work day to clean up the weeds in our daffodil beds.
Budget Time (Oct meeting)---Any Ideas??

Methodist Church would like some info about Historic Register.
Robin from Plan NH told us to start the process with our group.  People will engage once project is going.  Get groups and boards together.  We will send out a letter to groups and boards.

We reviewed pictures from town centers to see what can be accomplished.

Lucille asked members to take pictures if they see different features they would like to see incorporated in our “center design”.

Dawn said there is selective cutting, with horses, behind the Grange Hall, of the town forest.  We will contact the Photography Club so they can document this.

The Historic Register Plaque is here, and Bernie will attach it to our granite post.
We will be ordering a sign to thank Tom and Susan Towle for our granite post.

Canterbury Rd. trees
Bob said that Brochu will hold trees for us until we are ready to plant (April or May). Bob also has 5 trees from his house that he has been growing.  We will try to plant a total of 10.
One of the trees on Canterbury Rd snapped...  It might have been damaged by the winds.

Meeting adjourned @ 8:40

Respectfully Submitted
