December Minutes read, corrected and approved. Motions by Joyce and Lucille.
Lucille spoke with Beverly Thomas (NH Preservation Alliance) about the barn easement and barn assessment program. They are contacting Heritage Commissions to see if they can help. We will each choose a barn to see if the owners would like us to help them with an assessment or easement.

We received an invoice from the Preservation Alliance for our membership newsletter. Motions to pay $60.00 by Kate and Dawn. .
We also received $50 from the agriculture commission for John Porters talk.
We discussed flags and banners that we would like to place on Historic Main St. Kate spoke with Chuck Lloyd from Unitil. We will keep discussing type, style, etc.
There will be a talk by Ed Pape on April 22 about Chichester Barns.
We have completed our Report of the Heritage Commission for the Town Report. It has been sent to Jodi.
We will be taking down the candles in the Grange Hall next week.
