Present: Blaze Konefal, Dawn Marshall, Jim Eggers, Gordon Jones, Bob Mann, Marianne DiTaranto
Call to Order at 5:05 pm.
Agenda
Shaw Pasture mowing
There was a discussion of the need to expend funds for mowing and brush pulling at the Shaw Pasture. A proposal was received from Mike Mobbs to perform this work for $600. Work could begin week of 10/23.
Motion by Gordon, second by Dawn: Expend not to exceed $800 from the Conservation Fund for mowing and brush pulling at the Shaw Pasture. All were in favor.
Transfer of funds from the Conservation Fund to the 2017 operating budget
Funds were earlier spent from the operating budget for an appraisal of the Shaw Pasture. This action would take funds from the Conservation Fund to reimburse the operating budget.
Motion by Dawn , second by Gordon: Withdraw $400 from the Conservation Fund to reimburse the 2017 Conservation budget line in the operating budget. All were in favor.
Motion for adjournment at 5:20pm. All were in favor.
