Call to Order: 7:05PM
Non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(d) Consideration of the acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community.
A motion was made by Gordon and seconded by Jim to enter into nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II(d). Jones Aye, Mann Aye, Boyajian Aye, Eggers Aye, DiTaranto Aye, Marshall Aye, Konefal Aye. Motion passes.
A motion was made by Dawn and seconded by Marianne to exit nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II(d). Jones Aye, Mann Aye, Boyajian Aye, Eggers Aye, DiTaranto Aye, Marshall Aye, Konefal Aye. Motion passes.
A motion was made by Gordon and seconded by Dawn to seal the non-public meeting minutes indefinitely. Jones Aye, Mann Aye, Boyajian Aye, Eggers Aya, DiTaranto Aye, Marshall Aye, Konefal Aye. Motion passes.
