Call to Order by at 7:03 pm
Minutes of the meeting of November 12, 2015 approved.
Mailbag
• Monthly report on the Conservation Fund account from Town Treasurer
• Correspondence from the Shirley Waters Estate including Executor’s Second Accounting to the NH Circuit Court.
• Announcement of public workshops on the NH Wildlife Plan at several statewide locations.
• Letter from NH Department of Environmental Services regarding incomplete wetland application for trail work on lot 5/44.
Agenda
a. Public Outreach: Frank's first invasive species article in the Suncook Sun received high acclaim. Jim will try to attend one of Fish & Game's Wildlife Plan presentations. Dawn discussed ongoing projects at the Heritage Commission. Possible Master Plan update effort by Planning Board was discussed.
b. Land Conservation: No reply from the landowner on detail on the 90+/- acre easement off Bear Hill Road discussed at the November meeting.
c. Spaulding Town Forest: No new business
d. Carpenter Park: Zack discussed ongoing Carpenter Park improvements. Roof on new park building by volunteers is near completion. Future work will include picnic area, playground equipment, game area, amphitheater, and landscaping.
e. Madeline Sanborn Conservation Area: No new business.
f. Easement stewardship. Blaze is working on the 2015 LCHIP reporting.
