--- Discussion of contractor interviews. Vote to select a contractor-SPNHF selected by vote Y4, N0. Jeff Andrews will contact contractors to inform them of the outcome. SPNHF will attend 1/13 meeting to discuss contract details.
--- Discussion of Dredge and Fill Application, James Mullaney, Map2, Lots 77,78. Motion to notify Wetlands Bureau of need for detailed conscom review: Y0, N4
