Cemetery Trustees

Present: Ruth Hammen, Fred Shaw
Bids: The Trustees have received two bids for cemetery maintenance for 2014. The two members present decided to postpone a decision until a full board could convene.
Budget: The Trustees will submit a flat spending budget for the 2014 fiscal year.
Invitation: The trustees have received an invitation from the Heritage Commission/ Historical Society to attend a brainstorming session to gather ideas and information in preparation of the Plan NH Community Design Charrette Application. Two of the Trustees are also members of the Historical Society so no further representation would be necessary.
