Robin will be compiling the Maintenance Contract for bids for the 2009-2010 season. The bid specifications will be available at the Selectmen's Office in Sept.
Sealed bids must be submitted before Nov. 10th. The bids will be opened on Wed., Nov. 18th.
Robin reported that some Community Service projects have been completed at Leavitt Cemetery.
Next meeting, Sept 16th at 6:00pm at the Fire Station.
