Robin advised the committee that she had submitted the 2008 Cemetery Report to the town for the Town Report
Joanna compiled a report of the 2008 expenses and submitted it to the Trustees of the Trust Fund.
The new map of the Leavitt Cemetery was reviewed and accepted. There does seem to be a problem opening the CD-ROM. Gilbert will keep working on it. If it canít be opened, the committee will contact Cartographic Associates,
Next meeting - March 18th at the Fire Station at 6PM.
