Joanna will have the bid and put in the Sun for 3 weeks.
Robin will get the Maintenance Contract to the Town Hall, closing date Oct 8, 2008. She will also advise Lisa that we will submit 2008-2009 budget for $15,000.00.
With cemetery maintenance, phase 2 of the mapping for Leavitt, that leaves about $2300.00 balance as of Sept 17.
Trash can needs to be emptied in Leavitt.
Joanna reported that Ruth Hammen called requesting information on how many lots were left in the Huckins plot at Pineground. Advised her to contact Mark Hubbard. Ruth said the reason the Historical Society was at the Knowlton/Landley (sic) cemetery was that they were updating the old Eagle Scout book.
Franco Rossi delivered the first inventory maps for Leavitt, phase 1. The trustees need to go over them to see what needs changing and updates.
