Cemetery Trustee Meeting
December 20, 2018 – 5:30 p.m.
Present: David Pinckney, Linda Fisher (trustees); Blaze Konefal (Trustee of the Trusts)
Old Business
- October minutes approved.
Continuing Business
- RFP has been submitted to SV Sun for posting. David will prepare Scope of Work.
- The caretakers of a private cemetery have expressed interest in having the town take over its maintenance. Trustees to investigate. Warrant article will be needed if the recommendation is made.
New Business
- There may be an undercharge that needs to be addressed. David will follow up.
- Cost of lots is not covering the maintenance of the sites. Prices need to increase. Linda will look into the process. Trustees of the Trusts will be consulted.
- Warrant article is needed to stipulate how Cemetery Capital Reserve Funds can be spent.
