Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, October 30, 2013
Location: Chichester Fire Station
Members present: Anthony Galdieri, Darren Tapp, Matt Cole, and Alan Mayville
Members Absent: - Andrea Deachman
The meeting began at approximately 7:30PM at the Chichester Fire Station.
The CIP Committee began by reviewing draft minutes from previous meetings and approving them as final.
The CIP Committee then reviewed the changes made to the draft CIP spreadsheet for the 2014-2023 program. The CIP Committee corrected mathematical errors in the spreadsheet and held onto to it for another round of review an editing.
The CIP Committee also divided up portions of this year’s report for revision and editing by committee members by section. Specifically, Anthony agreed to revise Sections 2, 7, and 11 of the report. Allen agreed to revise Sections 1, 3, and 5 of the report. Darren agreed to revise Sections 4, 9, and 10 of the report. Matt agreed to revise Section 6 and Appendix A.
Finally, the CIP Committee agreed to meet again on November 13, 2013 at 7:30PM at the First Station to review proposed revisions and edits to this year’s report.
The October 30, 2013 CIP Committee meeting concluded at approximately 9:00PM.
