Meeting Minutes
7:00 pm, Tuesday August 4, 2009
Members present: Richard Moore, Lisa Drouse, Brain Boyer, Doug Hall (7:30pm)
Members Absent: Matt Cole
Richard Moore chaired the meeting that began at 7:10.
Motion was made by Richard to accept the July 28, 2009 minutes, second by Brian, all were in favor.
Discussion was had on the 8/4/09 drop-dead date for all submission since we did not hear back from the Highway department. It was decided that Brian would reach out to Jim in an effort to get all the questions answered per Lisaís e-mail to Jim and to see if he will attend our 8/12/09 meeting in an effort to finalize the Highway Department submissions and answer any questions the committee may have. It was decided that all submissions would be due by the 8/12/09 meeting.
A review of the Submission Spreadsheet was started based on the projects that were submitted.
The CIP Draft Report release date was moved to September 15th and a hearing on the CIP Draft Report is tentatively scheduled for September 30th.
The committee set the following dates for its next meetings:
Wednesday, August 12, 7:00pm ñ meeting with Road Agent
Thursday, August 27, 7:00pm ñ general meeting
The committee adjourned at 9:05.
