BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
DECEMBER 17, 2009
Case #225-Continuance of rehearing granted to the Selectmen concerning the BOA’s decision on 9/23/09 which found in favor of Richard & Cheryl Noonan, Map 3 Lot 36, for a zoning violation of a camper on their property.
Members Present: Mark McIntosh, Chairman; David Dobson; Richard Millette.
Selectman: Richard DeBold
Others: Richard & Cheryl Noonan, Tom Noonan, Dayle Johnson, Denise Grant.
Mark McIntosh moved to postpone this meeting until Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at 7:00 PM snow date Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 7:00 PM so that all members that were present at the first hearing can make every effort to attend so that meeting can be heard with a full board.
Richard Millette seconded.
